Linnaeus-Palme is a Sida financed scholarship programme that aims to strengthen Swedish universities cooperation with universities in developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. The programme encourages long-term collaborative projects, and mutual capacity building and understanding of the participants' cultures.
